Dear Board of Trustees and Mr.Bird,

I am writing to you to request new desks for room 22.

We need new desks because they have scratches and graffiti all over them. Currently we are rushing to the back of our classroom to our tote trays that are very small and all in the same place. This causes accidents and wastes time. Our desks have damage on them so the classroom doesn’t look smart.

While pupils get their stationery it distracts other people doing their work. We are the only class besides the juniors who don’t have desks which is very unfair. If we got desks it would make our lives much more easier.

We hope we get new desks so there is less congestion, less accidents and it will also make our class a nice place to be.
